(1)Download 「iSecure Master」App from App Store
(2)Plug iSecure Master device in iPhone. Complete the each step to complete the fingerprint enrollment.
Windows PC
(1) Download 「Secure Master」 from "SPT Website→Support"

* The installation file might be misidentified as a virus by the anti-virus software. Please add the installation file as a trust file according to the software you used if it is isloated.
(3) After the installtion is complete, plug iSecure Master in your PC.
(4) Open SecureMaster, complete the each step to complete the fingerprint enrollment.
2. Can I enroll multiple fingerprint on iSecure Master?
Yes, iSecure Master supports up to 5 fingerprints for enrollment.
3. Why does iSecure Master not recognize registered fingerprint?
If there are stains or water on the finger, the sensor may not recognize the fingerprint. Please make sure the surface of the finger is clean and try again.
4. How do I open Secure Disk if the registered fingerprint is always not be recognized?
You can open Secure Disk by the password which you set while enrolling.
5. How do I use iSecure Master to encrypt files on iPhone?
In 「Secure Folder」(Local Storage) of App, select the file which you’d like to encrypt, and then tap on 「Encrypt」 and enter password or verify by Touch ID/Face ID to complete the encryption.

2. Why does PC recognize only "Public Disk"?
PC recognizes only the "Publice Disk" when you plug in iSecure Master. You need to place your finger which is enrolled on the sensor. The Secure Disk will be opened after the fingerprint is verified.
3. Can the Secure Disk of iSecure Master be accessed through iPhone/iPad?
Yes, it can be accessed by 「iSecure Master」App on iPhone/iPad.
4. What format of file can iSecure Master encrypt?
In addition to system-protected or read-only files, iLink Backup can encrypt any file.
5. Which OS of PC does iSecure Master support?
The Public Disk of iSecure Master can be accessed on Windows OS and Mac OS.
The Secure Disk of iSecure Master can be accessed by 「Secure Master」tool on Windows 7/8/10 only.
6. What should I do if I forgot the password?
For the security of your data, we don't have the backdoor program to reset the password or crack the file. Unfortunately, we can't save the data if you forget the password.
7. What should I decrypt the encrypted files if I lost iSecure Master?
Just buy the same iSecure Master product and you can decrypt the file. Certainly, you have to remember the password you set.
